Views on mount Auburn please. Is this a quite ,nice estate. Are the houses well built without problems? I am considering this estate as it's near shops, train station and town, can you give me your thoughts please.

Whats the approximate size of the back garden? Would it accommodate a 10 x10 shed?

Has the estate been taken in charge by the council? Any compulsory charges?
