I arrived home today to find a court summons for a previous court summons I never received. I was recently issued a fine in the post for speeding but paid straight away. What should I do?

Is the summons for previous non-appearance in court or for the speeding ticket?

How recently did you get the speeding fine? If it's in the last 6 months, then the summons is likely unrelated to it.

Found out what happened. The summons is for a fine i never received . It was sent to an old address . So looks like I'll be going to court
