O!RIGINAL MUSICIANS NEEDED

Looking for musicians for original band.

I'm a guitarist and songwriter (31) from Dublin city center. I'm looking to form or to join a band. I have a few songs written and ready to go/jammed out, with the aim of recording an EP/demo and gigging.
I've been playing in covers and originals bands over the years and have plenty of gigging experience with both. I'd like to get something new together with some new faces and try make something happen.

The songs I have are written for a band as opposed to the singer/songwriter acoustic type and very varied and dynamic. And though the songs are completed both lyrically and musically, they are completely open to interpretation to the right musicians.
And by the 'right musicians', I simply mean, like-minded, capable players that can commit and put the time into the work needed.

I take my musical and songwriting influences from bands like Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Jack White, The Libertines, The Beatles, The Doors, Kasabian, Kings of Leon, The Black Keys, Oasis to name a few.

BASS.
Some of the songs I have are very riff driven so I'm looking for a bassist that can take on a lead role at times (think Kasabian, Chilli Peppers, Royal Blood). Someone that can come up with strong riffs and melodies but also knows when to keep it simple when needed. Don't have to be technically gifted or anything, just creative.

DRUMS.
Also looking for a drummer. Again, don't have to be a technical genius or anything just a good solid drummer is what's needed here. Although with the drums being a focal point in some of the songs, a certain level of ability will be required.

The idea is simple. Get a band together and get the songs together and record an EP/demo. Independently record and promote it ourselves. With the right musicians we can have a quick turn around and hopefully have something ready for around the summer aiming for the small festivals/pubs/clubs/radio/anywhere we can!

As I said, the songs are ready to go and just need the right people to help polish them up, add their contribution and bring to the next level.
So if this is something that you think you'd be interested in or if your already in a band that's stuck in a bit of a dry spell and are looking for a worthwhile 'side project' (but can obviously still commit the time and work needed) drop us an email.
I have some rough demos of some of the songs that I could send on.

i'm interested in having a chat if you are interested. I'm a 28 yr old dublin based singer/songwriter/muliti-instrumentalist. Of the above bands i'm only into the beatles and some oasis though
