    Would be great if you could even bother to tell customers that there is work been carried out and there will be no water
    . When people are relying on it

    Hi antocann,

    Thank you for your query.

    We have had no reports for that area. Would you mind sending the following details via PM and we can investigate this further:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number.

    Thanks,
    Alex

    Hi antocann,

    Once works are complete, supply will begin to return to affected properties and it can take a number of hours for supply to fully return after works. We will publish any updates received on these works on both @IWCare and wtr.ie/Galway

    If there's anything else that we can help with, feel free to let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Amy
