Singapore and Hong Kong stopovers between NZ and Europe

    Hi there,


    I'm travelling soon between Europe and NZ stopping off one way via Singapore and Hong Kong on the way back.

    This is the first time stopping off in Asia as I normally go through the ME.

    I have 14 hours in Singapore and over night/1 day in Hong Kong. Any suggestions on what to do to kill the time and experience as much as possible of both cities on the stopovers? I've heard Changi is a great airport and there's plenty to do to keep you occupied for hours, however I want to sample some Singapore city life.

    I believe there are stop over tours you can do as part of your transit. Would there be half day tours as well just so you can do your own thing afterwards?
