Most spies earn around 100K-150K / year.
Please feel free to correct me on the above.

Assuming 150K (i am being generous) minus 52% tax (ireland) that equates to €6,000 per month.

Minus €1300 - €2000 rent, that leaves around €4K. (Again, probably not possible).
    Minus: €140 - electricity
    Minus : €130 - property management fees
    Minus: €60 - Motor Insurance
    Minus: €10 - water charge
Minus: €300 - VHI health and Dental
    Minus: €13 - RTE
    Minus: €400 - food @ 100/week
Minus: €200 - drinks (one is a spy of course, so this is a very low figure).
    Minus: €400 - car payment
Minus Loan & Credit Payments: €1000
    Minus Gym : €87
