    Q1: Water grant.

    If you have any queries regarding the payment and administration of the Water Conservation Grant, please call the Water Conservation Grant Support Team on 0761 087 890 

    Their opening hours are from 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and they will be happy to help with your query.


    Q2: contaminated water for 400,000 customers - cancer increase etc.

    Q3: Unable to contact Irish Water via webform

    We have highlighted the matter with our IT Department, who are working to resolve this as soon as possible. 

    However, if you could like to ensure that your Direct Debit has been stopped at both ends, please send the following details by PM and we can locate your account on our system and we can confirm this.

    The required details are:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact number; and
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder.


    Q4: Customer Alerts

    We endeavour to notify our customers of possible supply disruptions in their area, but due to the nature of works this is not always possible.

    When we receive a notice of works we will tweet from our customer care page @IWCare and we will also update water.ie. We are working on further methods to notify our customers as soon possible.


    Q5: Didn't get  €100 conservation grant 

    If you not received your TIN letter from the Water Grant Support Team and registered with Irish Water before the 2015 deadline, please PM the following details:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact number; and
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder.

    If you have previously made an application to the Dept. of Social Protection and are waiting on payment, we advise you contact the Water Grant Support Team on 0761 087 890 between 9.30am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.
