    I am just wondering what peoples opinion would be for a price for the following specs on a laptop:

    Looks like your typical basic laptop. What is it exactly? A Lenovo something or another

    It's good to see a full HD screen.
    8GB of RAM is loads for most users.
    1TB hard disk is fine. Better to have an SSD, but they tend to only come in more expensive machines.
    Not sure about the processor, I'm not familiar with it.

    And what will you be using this machine for? It should be fine for most tasks, but it depends on what you need it to do.

    Its a Lenovo Y700 'Gaming' Laptop, on their website its €910


    And what will you be using this machine for? It should be fine for most tasks, but it depends on what you need it to do.

    At the moment I'm looking to play games on it, mainly the Total War series and various simulation games, In the future will probably be used for college work (if I go back) which would probably include Autodesk Inventor (small Assemblies) and other Mechanical Engineering software.
