    Hello to all,

its a new floor done 6 months ago and now I will tile it. It was a liquid screed floor and honestly its a very weak mix as its very soft. Anyway, its extremely dusty and was about to tile after a good hoovering. Would there be a problem with this?

    Thanks in advance.

All I know is don't use polybond.

There may be a suitable primer - Try getting in touch with someone in Bostik, more than likely you'll be sticking the tiles down with one of their products.

You need to remove the weak layer that forms on top of those screeds, as the water content when pouring is high.

Then use a acrylic primer, before tiling.

Is there UFH system ? As the screed need to be dry to 0.5% moisture content, and liquid screeds are impossible to dry with UFH
