How to answer economics

    In business, 5 marks is divided into 2 points.
    Is this the same for economics. Cause when I see the marking schemes the answers are pretty short. Does that mean I have to come up with a 2nd point for these. Or how its answered in the pic correct.

    The way it is in the picture is correct, they'll generally be looking for one point for every five marks instead of two. Also make sure to pay close attention to the question word as it will usually tell you how to lay out your answer - for 'state and explain' questions you have to literally state your point and follow it by an explanation, like in your example. For these, the 'state' part will be worth two marks and the 'explain' part will be worth three marks. A lot of people lose marks over this because they don't know how specific their answer's layout needs to be.
