A seperation agreement was made almost ten years ago and in that agreement the parties said neither of them would claim from the others pension. If now going for divorce and the terms of settlement are basically just going by the seperation agreement, is the pension part of the seperation agreement written in stone? The terms of settlement says Liberty to apply.
