Waiting on a refund for past 6 months.

    Hi there,

    Case number 2088825. We are due a refund.

    That was Date: 23 Jan 2016 " You should receive your cheque within the next 10-15 days."

    Still waiting.


    Can we get this processed please so that we can move on with our lives?

    The refund cheque is being processed since 15/03, the leadtime is up to 15 working days from this date so you will receive this soon.
