I had a procedure paid for by my health insurance company. Does my health insurance company claim the tax back from revenue or can I claim it back ?

You can't claim tax back for something you didnt pay out of your own pocket.

You are getting tax relief on the healthcare subscription. That's where it stops.

As pointed out to you, you already get tax relief at source on your subscription. You are entitled to claim tax relief on any qualifying health expenses which were not met by your insurer.
