Do I need a new actuator?

I'm not the best with this stuff so bear with me. I got a nest thermostat installed. Its not changing the temp of the radiators. The actuator is on auto and the rads are just warm. Before i got the nest I would put it on manual and the rads would get very hot the way I wanted it. Do I need a new actuator for valve?
