Chair for bad back!!

Hi all,
I've had upper back and neck pain for years (upper cross syndrome) and I'm looking for an arm chair that will support me. Can any one recommend anywhere in Cork city that sells those 'high back' arm chairs? The waiting room at my doctors surgery has one and I think they are quiet similar to what you might see in a nursing home?? I have asked the doc where he got it and he cant remember.

a medical cushion gives me great help, i got one when i had the prostrate bits taken for the labs tests, it is very heavy, when i got it first i could not believe how heavy it is, i have it six years and its still perfect, btw i am 112 kgs in weight, a memory foam pillow has helped enourmostly with the neck and the headaches acompanyed by the arthritis in the neck
