Any recommend a decent personal trainer in Limerick? Someone who actually takes an interest in their clients needs and such. Friendly and approachable. Thanks.

I've been working out with Aaron Priestly Galvin on and off for about four years now and couldn't recommend him enough. He works out of Energize gym in The Strand. He is such a lovely guy and is really passionate about fitness.

His website is here : http://www.apgfitness.com/

If you want to try something different you could always go to Eric Johnson in The Training Room. It's all TRX based and while it can be tough and a bit daunting, it's very enjoyable and Eric is great.

He runs classes of circa 20 people but he'll go through everything with you if you're unclear. Couldn't recommend him enough!
