    Has anyone managed to nail this receipe? Many threads but no answers.

    How can one replicate this sauce?

    My boss used to make it using mayo and sweet chilli sauce, maybe some ketchup to taste. I add a bit of tabasco to mine for a kick.

    You can buy big bottles of it now in places like some asian shops, the bigger ones, or various other places. I used to see it in a shop on the Tuam Road in galway near the liosban estate. Pre made commercial sauces like these are much easier to get now than even 5 years ago.
