I left my job last month. I took a voluntary redundancy. The HR department had informed me they would send me copies of all my training certificates.

I contacted the HR department today and I was informed that they have lost my training file.

I don't have copies of my training certs as it was company policy not to give them out.

I was just wondering is there a way I can try to force them to find them or to at least look for replacements from the trainer? At the minute I am being fobbed off and told basically it's tough.

    TIA
