Have a 4inch hole to core drill through red face brick on outside and 4" concrete block inside. Have a electric drill or have a bigger kango sds drill but it's bigger than the normal sds size and can't turn the hammer action off. Would small drill do or can I get bit to fit the bigger drill

You can hire a drill and core bit from any decent hire shop would cost about €50-€60 for hire
If you use a drill that's not suitable it will cost more than the hire

Hire an SDS Max drill and core cutter, get a pilot bit to match the one in the cutter and use it as a guide to drill from both sides to avoid making a mess when breaking thru'.

Don't try this using a drill with no safety clutch you will end up getting hurt.

If it's just one hole and you have an sds with safety clutch you can buy cheap core bits that will cut a few holes.
