Question re Walker 19" TV WP19DVDV12

Anyone know if it'll tilt back? (On the little stand that pushes onto the bottom, not on a wall bracket). Our previous small flatscreen TV (a cheap one from Argos), was tiltable via simple brute force (having ascertained it was the way to do it). But I'd rather not try it without knowing. I can't find anything anywhere…

I can't find anything anywhere about tilting this one, and (as with the other one) it's not obvious from looking at it.
The only search results I've found are about wall brackets.
