    Hi,

    We are eir customers and over the last few weeks the performance of the home internet has been very slow  - Is there a way to have an engineer test the line or what would the process here be?

    I'm sorry to hear this. The best advice I can offer is to contact 1890 260 260 (telephone number and option 0) they'll troubleshoot with you to identify the issue and resolve it for you.
