    Hi guys,

Yesterday I have noticed that my rear windshield is getting loose.

What is your recommendation who can clean everything and re-glue it and what would that cost me?

I am covered by my insurance for windscreen repair, so can I claim this as a repair?

My car is Renault Megane MK2 2006 Saloon.

    Thank you.

I'd get a windscreen fitter to do it. Like said below, not a DIY job.

Sorry I am located in Mayo County.

I would not do it myself, but I was goggling it and there is many companies that does this kind of work.

What would be you suggestion regarding price, finishing time and quality?

I should ring your Insurance Co and ask them. (be a bit vague maybe....)

justn take it straight to a windscreen place and they will tell you if they can do it on insurance or not

If you have the extension, your insurer will cover you for glass breakage. They won't cover you for wear, tear or maintenance.

I have called one windshield repair company in Sligo and they told me it will be 70€ to re-glue it.
So it is not too bad.

I will also try to ring insurance and check with them do they cover this.

Thank you for all the help.
