Leasing a shed, how much should one pay?

Looking at a lease agreement for a shed that has about 50 cubicles suitable for cows. Currently there is silage available but not sure for next year, would like on a long term loan. How much should one pay for a long term lease of a shed? Thanks for any advice given.

We were leasing a farm and have the use of the sheds but he would not lease us the sheds as he said there was more complications with leasing buildings . We have always had full use of the sheds and will into the future but would not put them on a lease .
