Scenario 1 - have large 5 bed bungalow, built 70's,needs d/g and good insulation and a bit of remedial work/painting. Windows have hardwood frames but no double glazing , crowd up north say they can 'double glaze' existing windows. So, cost to double glaze and insulate and paint complete house - ?
