Guys I hoping to get some of this for Easter in the Dublin area. Is it easily available, for purchase or can you get it from Canals etc. Is there any issues with such. Obviously don't want to be taking protected species. I don't want commercial quantities just some for my living room. Thanks.
Also appreciate that I may not be in the right forum for this mods, so move as appropriate.

Willow isn't a protected species and is extremely common -so it should'nt be a problem if you snipped off a few twigs for your decor idea. The catkins (kittens tails) that you find attractive can also be found on hazel trees.

If you want to remove it from private property you will need to ask the owner first.

Willow pussy tails :D are a very early source of nectar for bees.

Hi the species of willow I am referring would not be native to Ireland. It is more common to Scandanavia/nordics. But thanks for your reply.

No intention of trespassing again, I think you are both talking about something else. Not sure how to embed a picture
