Small extension

    Hi lads currently looking at buying a house and it's approved for an 8 foot extension at the front. It mean the front room and the hall would be bigger as it's just does two rooms too the front of the property. I'd reuse the front pvc door, pvc window,masonry external window cill and also the head above the window. What kind of money would i be talking for the foundation, block work and roof (pitched slated roof coming off the house) I'd second fix the room my self and move any cables or pipes myself
