    Have an issue with phonewatch

At 4pm the alarm will ring saying "front door open"

    Its closed.

Same thing at 4am. FOUR EFFING A M. Front door open? Its not. How to stop this? Everyone in this household has work in the morning and whoever has the luck of turning off this **** at 4am is a demon the next day.

4pm alarm, 4am alarm. Like clockwork though the front door is always closed. What gives?

It could be a supervision fault, check the battery in the device.
Failing that I'd say you need a new front door sensor

Could you press the status, i or * button(it will vary depending on your panel) when the alarm goes off and let us know what it says? Once I know that I can advise you as to what the issue is but as Jnealon has said its most likely either a battery or a faulty sensor.
