The 3.55 at Exeter looks very competitive, hard to eliminate any of the runners but my money is on Saroque to make a bold bid from the front.

Stone Mountain in the 8pm Dundalk tonight. Looks like he has a serious chance based on his last run where he met a good bit of trouble in running. Looks progressive over this trip.

Had a look at the 3.55 at Exeter. Alberobello is one who stuck out as still lightly raced over fences and more can be expected after a good reappearance over hurdles but I don't think he wants an extreme test of stamina. He was progressive on good ground over fences last season and he took a fair hold on his reappearance over an extended 2m 3f so he hardly looks like the type to win one of these regional nationals on soft ground. The others don't make much appeal but Finish The Story set a personal best when 2nd to Golden Chieftain on his penultimate run and the latter has really boosted the form. Finish The Story hit 1.45 in running and probably did a little bit much too soon when getting into a battle down the back straight and you can excuse his next run when he went off too quick in heavy ground and had to be pulled up. With 14s widely available I think he's a decent play and hopefully will get a better ride this time.

I'm not usually one for the All weather but have been backing a few the past few weeks, not with much success might i add:( but i like Dark Alliance 8.30 Dund, slowly out of the stalls last week and ran into plenty of trouble,up to 7 today and might give him a better chance to get involved.
