How many days are you staying in New Delhi? Sounds like 11 days? Do you have friends/family there because it seems a long time.

If you fancy a trip into the countryside check out joint adventures.

While in Kerala, do stay in a houseboat for a night - it's very popular and very touristy thing to do, but it really is spectacular.

Dec-Jan is very pleasant weather in Kerala - stay away from busy towns if you can - they are noisy and hectic (but way less intense compared to Delhi or north of India in general).
