Self build Passive slab timber frame workshop/home office

Hi , I'm looking at self building a 40 Sqm timber frame to close to passive house standards , 148mm stud, 40mm wood fibre exterior , cellulose fill , breathables etc. Exterior is a combination of PVA clad steel and shiplap timber , roof is similar , clad in pic steel , single slope

I'm thinking of using a passive slab base , but to avoid costs , constructing the ring beam mould , from cutting sheets of EPS 300 gluing to make a suitable " U " and . This will be extensively supported during concrete pour to ensure mechanical stability

Eps100 under the rest of the floor, 120-150 mm reinforced floor , cage rebar in ring beam.

I want to minimise excavation , so limited top soil removal , 150 mm stone , sand , membranes etc so most of " foundation " above ground

I'll post a cad drawing later. Any comments folks, is it excessive for intended purposes , etc. Good source of suitable competitive EPS ? ( Quinn therm ? )

    Thanks

Sounds like a nice project, out of general curiosity what's the price range on such a build?
