Hi I have been having various symptoms of late - cold feet; this has been going on for quite some time.. but of late I have been getting a feeling of numbness in my lower left left - and now, pins and needles on and off in various parts of my body..

I have been to the doc.. had bloods checked... all good with thyroid function outstanding - that will be done next week..
He said my circulation seems fine, and as I have no pain its not neuropathy..

So what? He does not know.. he said he would not be worried about pins and needles.. he will do thyroid as routine but I doubt its that..

Where do i go from here? Its not normal - I am only in my mid 30's.. I am worried.. and its debilitating

    Anyone had a similar experience?

Should I get a 2nd opinion if nothing turns up on the thyroid function?

I can't offer medical advise, but the less I excersize the more I get pins and needles and various other symptoms like your describing.
    Are you very active?

What kind of shoes do you wear OP?
    If flat, try insoles.

Medical advise is not permitted on PI. No one here is a qualified clinician so offering any kind of advice would be doing you a disservice. Go and seek a second opinion with a different doctor if you are unhappy.
