Underfloor heating

hi,

have this in my house. Simple controller on manifold with a dial with +8 through -8. Which is controlled by the box above with the timer for water, rads upstairs.

Is there anyway i can fit thermostats in the downstairs rooms to control it? There is a box outside on the south side of the house but I'm not sure it ever did anything? I have the manifold diagram which shows the flow to different areas.

If this can be done what kind of price would it be?

anyone help me with this? the place that fitted it want me to pay a call out charge!!!
