Hi I have a Kindle Fire, its infrequently used and now it seems that the battery will not accept charge.
Can a new battery be fitted?

Can't go back to the shop, as it was a gift.

I'd get in touch with Amazon. They are usually quite good with honoring these type of things

Just to up-date,bought an Amazon Fire from Amazon Uk. Cheaper than getting a new battery and like it a lot so far. Just bought a second one for our 10-year-olds Christmas present.
