Yvonne's? Really? What would you go for there?

Mare Blu in the Market has AMAZING chips, not a fish fan myself but my parents really enjoy it.

They have amazing chips and their chicken tenders are to die for. Burgers not bad either.

Yvonnes just did the standard frozen chips that you got anywhere the last time I was there...

Incidentally, the last time I was there, the burger was undercooked and I couldn't eat it

I've been there twice, once I ate in the place and it was ok but really expensive, then they reduced their prices so i tried a takeaway, but when we got it, it was cold and soggy and not very satisfying at all.

    It's a pity

I'm almost positive Yvonne's just do frozen chips, I got a quarter pounder there the last time I was there, it wasn't pleasant. They do have a lovely battered sausage though (that's sounds wrong)

Possibly the best chips in Ireland. Defiantly in Clare, Limerick, Tipp, Offaly, Laois, Westmeath, Waterford and kilkenny.

    I miss them.

Donkey Fords has gone downhill quite a bit lately, very hit and miss at times since the three older women who used to run it for years stopped serving there.

Mamma Mias in Newmarket for southern fried chicken.

Tasty Pizza in the cottage in Shannon for pizza.
They do delicious 16" pizzas for only €9.99.
    Good quality and great value.

They're doing 2 1/4 pounder or chicken burger meal deals for a tenner
    Monday to Thursday now.

That's pretty good value for very high quality food.
