    How much is a Passport and where do you send it?
    It doesn't say in the notes.

    Off the top of my head: It's something like €88 or €90 and you bring your completed form, photos and Garda stamp to the post office for a thing called Passport Express where you just pay them over the counter and they'll put it in the correct envelope etc.
