I have just set up a limited company going from sole trading (web dev and design). I would like to sort out all my obligation first ting and not sure if I should register for VAT. Am I obligated to do it or only after certain level of income? What is recommended knowing that my income at the moment is going to oscillate between €5,000 to €7,000?

As you will be performing a service you must register for VAT if your turnover is likely to exceed €37,500 in a twelve month period.

If your sales are €5,000 a month you would have to register straight away as it is likely you will exceed the €37,500 threshold within 12 months.
