    Hi,

Renovating a bungalow at minute which has few cracks on walls. Had engineer look at them at time of survey and he said was caused by poor storm drainage and recommended new soak away, storm drainage and pressure grouting. So both are being done in summer.

At minute putting up insulated board on external walls and want to sort out the cracks in walls to keep moisture out etc.

What ive been told is to put steel straps on wall to support cracks and fill cracks with Mastic.

Anyone got any suggestions or advice on best way?

In photos ive removed plaster from the walls around the cracks.

Remove the space in the H-T to see photos in link.
