    I'd say the water levels have gown down almost everywhere at this stage.

    And everywhere that was flooded is now destroyed.
    Poor people, their lives have been turned upside down and nobody cares!

    Lakes on the Killarney road have made new boundaries but levels are safe enough now. The roads all over are in a terrible state; watch out for tyre wrecking potholes... ouch!
