Satellite tv and broadband dish

Recently moved to rural Wexford (south) and planning to get satellite tv installed, either Sky or Freesat. I'm also finding Eircom's "broadband" over ADSL very slow - under 1mbps usually. Am considering a switch to satellite broadband when my Eircom contract expires. Question - is it possible to get both satellite tv and satellite broadband with the same dish? Services all seem to use the Astra2F satellite so seems like it ought to be possible.... If so, is a specific dish type or installer needed? Sorry if dumb question, newbie to satellite dishes. Thanks!

Broadband over Sat is usually Very expensive and quite restrictive, You'd be better off seeing which mobile phone network (if any) has 4g, and Set up a Wireless network with it

Yes (well you need a TV LNB http://blog.apogeeinternet.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/duallnb.jpg )

Unfortunately it's 3G here, not 4G. In practice usually E or "no signal", whatever the carriers claim!
