Zonal valve issues

Hi my upstairs heating stopped working recently and I've found that it's the zonal valve as when I put in to manual and turn on the downstairs heat it'll heat the upstairs too. My problem is it's a peglar terrier tzv22 and for the life of me a can't find any replacement online. It does say the actuator can be replaced…

My problem is it's a peglar terrier tzv22 and for the life of me a can't find any replacement online.
It does say the actuator can be replaced without draining the system but I can't even find a replacement actuator. Anyone have any ideas if there is a like for like replacement for either the valve or actuator?
