    i wonder if anyone can advise me as to buying a sterling card so i can have ££ available for upcoming trip to uk..
    i do know the post office do them but i thought i check here first.

    In the Bargain alert forum there is a discussion about Revolut which gives you the option to get a multi currency card you can load online via debit card or bank transfer.

    Also the Post office offers a prepaid currency card (mastercard) that you pre-load with funds, however the rate they give you is not the best (despite claiming 0% commission).
