Grind head of bolt to ensure clean metal.
Weld 17 or 19mm nut on to head of bolt.
    Undo as normal.
Place locknuts in recycling bin where they belong.

Neither of the above methods will work with a PSA type locking wheel bolt.

The circular head of the bolt is designed so that it will snap off if you attempt to remove the bolt by gripping the top part.

So what we usually do is snap this part off and then drill a hole in the body of the bolt and hammer in a spline bit or similar to remove the bolt. We have to do them regularly as the removal tool gets damaged very easily.

Throw them in the bin as CJhaughey suggested. Impossible not to damage them. As the saying goes" A lock keeps out an honest man"The same applies to locking wheel nuts in my opinion.
Anybody looking for 3 and 2 keys?

My Accord came with McGard nuts, I changed the 17" Pentas out for 16" Steelies last night and took all the locknuts off. They are responsible for stranding more people than having wheels stolen would do.
Work of the devil they are.

Go to Peugeot dealer with vin number of car. Give them 70 euro. Wait two weeks. Go back and collect lock nut. Been there, done that.
