Thumb shift has sheared on my Chorus 11 front shifter. I believe it is a matter of changing the mechanism which is quite expensive. Looking for preferably th LH shifter but would consider a set 11 spd. either Chorus or Record please..

I am sure I have a new style veloce left hand in the shed that I use for parts.
It still has the every working part except for the cable guide/ratchet in the back which is an easy job to replace/swap.
Swap that and your brake blade and your in business.

Firstly, Many thanks for your reply.

Secondly-do you reckon it is as straight forward as that? It would be great if it was..
