Damp/wet patch over window and door.

We have a problem with damp/wet over a narrow WC window and front door of house. House is 8 years old, 100mm cavity filled with bonded bead insulation. Plaster finish to outside. This has only been an issue since december.

Its only in the area above the window. No water or waste leaks that we know of.

I was think maybe an issue if the insulation was not pumped in behind the cavity tray. But its only happened after 8 years? This is a gable end wall of two storey house.

    Any advice greatly appreciated.
