    Hi guys,

Just looking for some advice - I recently applied for the AO compliance intake for the revenue. Got called for an interview and I found out this week that I placed on a panel. Position in the early 20's.

I have never had a job with the public service - ive always been in the private sector. What are these panels? I am presuming it a list of people whom can be called for a job once a position opens. Is it just a waiting game for a call?

Sorry, if my questions sound stupid - ive had no experience with this before so i dont know what to expect.

Thanks in advance for any input :-)

    Hi.

I have also been placed on the AO panel at early 30's. Have you heard anything yet???
Im already in the Public Sector and from what I gather from speaking with revenue HR its a waiting game. they didnt seem to have much information on what they will be starting to call people. If you could let me know when you hear that would be great.

I know this is an old thread, are either of you working as AO's for revenue? I've just been offered and am keen to know any details!
    Thanks.
