Tara Rock GAA club are hosting a mud run obstacle course on 20th February.
The lads have put a huge amount of work into creating the ideal course, and here are just some of the challenges on the day:
    • Water Slide
    • 8 ft wall
    • river runs
    • tyre squeeze
    • mud baths
    • water tunnel
    • tyre mountain
    • pond
    • crawling net
    • log carry
    • forest runs (x 4)
    • heaps of bales

We guarantee you will get muck to the eye balls and that you will have super craic.
The full course is 10K, with almost no road running, just bog, river, forest, bog, forest, field, forest, bog, field ... you get the idea :)
There is a 6K option also.

    Included in your entry:
    • post race hot food and refreshments
    • souvenir t-shirt
    • souvenir wrist band

Entries are open to all aged 14 or older. There will be plenty of marshals on the day to keep up the encouragement. We will have changing facilities, and showers at the start / finish area.
    Get your entry here: http://tararockgaa.ie/product/the-rock-of-hell/
and choose your preferred start time.
Entry is € 25 per individual if you register 4 or more people, or € 30 if less than 4. Places are filling up fast.

or see our facebook page for more details: https://www.facebook.com/events/1535568846740526/

The race takes place just 3 km north of Gorey town, and is about 45 minutes south of Dublin.

There is no better value, easier accessed, muckier mud run around!!

Thank you for supporting our club!
