The premium subscription is only good on Valentines Day or as they put it:

Emails with the link to activate free Premium will start being sent out at 6PM EST Feb 13th and expire at the end of Feb 14th. Check your junk/spam box for the email. Pornhub takes security and privacy very seriously and will not sell or spam your email.

And as to those asking what it gives you (obviously for their friend as yoshimitsu puts it):

What are these Netflix Results you speak of?

I had no problem streaming Netflix in 4K over Wifi with UPC.
