Care package from the US

    My cousin is stay in Ireland for a year, he got a care package posted from the states that included this;

    What the status with a product like this? Is their a minimum safe allowance or does it need to be declared?

    Completely illegal. 100mg THC is a significant amount, 10-20mg would be strong for someone someone with no tolerance.

    It is completely illegal. It is cannabis (it is usually cannabis oil in edibles). It is like saying if you put cocaine in a drink. What is legal limit? None as it is illegal. Narcotics are illegal in all forms.

    Cannabis seeds have a legitimate purpose though. They are used in animal feed ie bird feed. We dont ban cold medicine here just because it can be turned into meth. As it has a legitimate purpose of treating colds.

    Magic mushrooms grow wild. I imagine you pick them it becomes illegal.

    What OP friend has is a processed product which can make them high. It is totally different to bird feed

    I would be very suprised if there are no warnings on the back label?

    Here in Washington state where cannabis is also legal all products are clearly labelled as being illegal for sale or use outside Washington. There should also be a health warning not to eat the entire bar in one go.
