If an alarms installer is on the PSA Contractors list as registered, but their licence has expired (in this case 2 months ago, Nov 2015), are they still officially licensed to carry out certified installations?

I'd have thought if someone didn't hold a valid licence any more they would be removed from the list. But being listed with an expired licence it is not that clear what their status is. Given that its not that long ago, I wasn't sure if there was a grace period to renew after an expiry.

Ring the PSA and ask them. Simple.
