Boiler replacement - one large boiler or 2

I've just completed on a 2700 sq ft late Victorian house with GFCH run off a Potterton Osprey boiler - a big floor standing hulk of a thing which seems to have been iffy for the previous owners and which seems to be fairly old technology at this stage.

There are about 14 rads plus a 600 sq ft kitchen with underfloor heating. There are 2 bathrooms which are of fairly modest size with one of them reduced in size by hot water cylinder/hot press.

I would like to get the bathroom up to size by getting rid of the cylinder/hot water store. THis is on the 3rd floor of the house while the boiler is on the ground floor. There is no shortage of space in the utility room with the boiler (unlike the bathroom).

Would I be made to think about installing 2 combi boilers; one to run the central heating and the other to run the showers/hot water.

I'm having a gas engineer and plumber in to look over matters but I wanted to see if there were any thoughts here. I haven't yet done a cold water pressure test although i understand this would need to have decent pressure to run a combi system.
